RUBYFIVE provides technology that connects business financial workflows within enterprise resource planning systems to financial institutions and related services.

In providing these services, RUBYFIVE may process information on behalf of its business customers, including information associated with vendors, payments, bank accounts, transactions, payment status, reconciliation, and related financial workflows.

When RUBYFIVE processes this information on behalf of a customer, the customer generally determines the purposes for which the information is processed. RUBYFIVE processes such information to provide and support the services and in accordance with our agreements with the customer and applicable law.

If you have questions about information that a RUBYFIVE customer has provided to or processes through the RUBYFIVE platform, you should generally contact that customer directly.
